These additional terms apply to vendors who list their business on Saavara. By creating a vendor profile, you agree to these terms alongside our general Terms of Service.
Saavara is open to licensed businesses and sole traders who offer wedding-related services. You must be at least 18 years old and your services must be genuinely relevant to weddings and celebrations.
We welcome vendors who serve all traditions — South Asian, interfaith, multicultural, and everything in between. If you serve couples from any background, you belong here.
You're responsible for keeping your profile accurate — that means pricing, availability, location, and service categories. Don't misrepresent what you offer. Outdated or misleading listings may be removed without notice.
If you list yourself as specializing in specific traditions — for example, "South Asian weddings," "Halal catering," or "Sikh ceremony photography" — you're representing that you have genuine experience serving those communities respectfully.
Don't claim specializations you don't have. Couples making important decisions for their wedding ceremonies are trusting that representation.
When a couple reaches out through Saavara, respond promptly and professionally — we recommend within 48 hours. Contact details shared through inquiries may only be used to respond to that specific inquiry, not added to general marketing lists.
Don't take conversations off-platform to avoid our policies. Once you've connected, you're free to complete your booking directly with the couple.
As a vendor on Saavara, you agree not to:
You own your portfolio photos and business description. By listing on Saavara, you give us a license to display them on your profile and in search results. We may also feature your work in platform marketing — always with appropriate attribution.
Make sure you own or have rights to everything you upload, including photos with people in them (you need releases where required).
Contracts and payments are directly between you and the couple. Saavara is not a party to those agreements and isn't liable for disputes, non-payment, cancellations, or service issues.
If a serious dispute arises, we may temporarily disable your listing while we review it — particularly if concerns about fraud or misrepresentation are raised.
Saavara can remove listings or suspend vendor accounts for violating these terms, receiving consistent complaints from couples, or posting inaccurate information. We'll make reasonable efforts to notify you.
You can appeal a removal by emailing our contact form within 14 days.
