Saavara helps couples of all backgrounds and traditions create beautiful wedding websites, manage RSVPs, and connect with vendors. These terms govern your use of our platform.
You must be at least 18 years old to create a Saavara account. You need a valid email address, and each person may only hold one account. Creating duplicate accounts to access extra features or get around restrictions isn't allowed.
Keep your login credentials safe — you're responsible for everything that happens under your account. If you think someone has accessed your account without permission, email us right away at our contact form and we'll help you secure it.
Saavara is a wedding platform built for every tradition. We offer a wedding website builder, RSVP management, a vendor directory, and email tools for reaching your guests.
We support all wedding ceremonies and celebrations — Hindu, Muslim (Nikah), Sikh (Anand Karaj), Christian, Jewish, Jain, Buddhist, Zoroastrian (Navjote/Jashan), and interfaith or fusion weddings. Whatever your traditions, Saavara is built for you.
Everything you upload — photos, text, ceremony details, religious content — belongs to you. By using Saavara, you give us a license to host and display that content so your guests can see it. That license ends when you delete your content or close your account.
You're responsible for making sure you have the rights to anything you upload. Don't upload photos, music, or text that belongs to someone else without permission.
Saavara is built for all traditions. You're welcome to include religious text, prayers, mantras, ceremony descriptions, and content in any language on your wedding website.
You're responsible for ensuring that any religious or cultural content you upload is used respectfully and lawfully. We celebrate every tradition and expect all content to reflect that spirit.

Saavara celebrates every tradition and community. We will remove content that demeans or attacks any religious or cultural group, and may suspend accounts that repeatedly violate this.
Saavara offers a free Simple plan and a paid Premium plan. Premium is billed monthly or annually — your choice. You can cancel at any time.
New paid subscriptions come with a 7-day refund window. After that, we don't issue refunds for unused time. If you cancel, your site moves to draft mode and your data is kept for 90 days before being permanently deleted.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never store your card number.
When you collect RSVP information from guests, you're the data controller — you decide what to collect and why. Saavara processes that data on your behalf to run the RSVP tools.
You're responsible for collecting guest data lawfully and letting guests know their information is being collected. See our Privacy Policy for more detail on how we handle guest data.
Vendors in our directory are independent businesses — they're not employees or partners of Saavara. We don't guarantee any vendor's quality, pricing, or availability.
Any contract or payment is directly between you and the vendor. Saavara isn't a party to that agreement and isn't liable for disputes.
We can remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms. In serious cases (like illegal activity or harassment), we may act immediately.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Once deleted, your public site comes down immediately and your data is purged within 30 days.
Saavara is provided as-is. We work hard to keep the platform running smoothly, but we can't guarantee the service will always be available or completely error-free. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.
